Newbridge manages all online aftercare sales, order enquiries, dispatch, collection, complaints and returns. Carlow and Kilkenny are not online fulfilment or return locations.
Products and prices
Read the product name, quantity, pack size, ingredients, directions and warnings before purchasing. Product photographs are illustrative; the stated product and pack size determine what is supplied. Contact Newbridge before ordering if you need further product information.
Prices are in euro and include the applicable Irish VAT. Cosmetic aftercare products in this catalogue are shown at 23% VAT. Any delivery charge and the full amount payable must be shown before you commit to payment. We do not add undisclosed charges afterwards.
Placing an order and payment
You can review and correct your selection before payment. The payment button must clearly indicate that submitting the order creates an obligation to pay. Payment methods available for online orders are shown at checkout; the studios’ cash-only policy does not apply to online card payments.
An automated receipt of your order request is not acceptance. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation or confirmation that it is ready for collection. That confirmation identifies the products, price, delivery or collection arrangement and these terms in a form you can keep. Any payment taken for an order we cannot accept will be refunded promptly using the original payment method.
We will contact you rather than substitute a product or increase an agreed price without your consent. Nothing in this section removes rights you already have under consumer law.
Delivery, collection and risk
Online aftercare delivery is available within the Republic of Ireland only. Paid orders are dispatched by Newbridge within 3 studio working days (Tuesday–Saturday, excluding public holidays), counted from the next studio working day after payment. This is a dispatch commitment, not a delivery guarantee. The delivery charge and estimated transit time are agreed before you order. Unless another delivery time is agreed, delivery must take place without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being concluded. Contact us if an order is late; your statutory remedies for non-delivery remain available.
We remain responsible for the goods until you, or someone you nominate other than our carrier, take physical possession. If you independently commission a carrier we did not offer, the applicable statutory rule for that arrangement applies.
Collection is from Newbridge only. Wait for confirmation that the order is ready before travelling. For more information see Delivery & collection.
Cancellations, returns and faulty products
Online consumers normally have 14 days after receipt to notify us that they are cancelling, followed by 14 days to send the goods back. Qualifying hygiene exceptions are explained in our Returns & cancellations policy. That policy forms part of these terms.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products are dealt with separately from a change of mind. You retain all remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, including the applicable short-term right to terminate for non-conforming goods. Our tattoo deposit policy does not apply to aftercare returns.
Questions, complaints and governing law
Contact Newbridge with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us investigate, but we will not impose unreasonable evidence requirements or insist that you contact the manufacturer instead of us.
Irish law applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections or court rights available in their country of habitual residence where applicable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The version supplied with your accepted order governs that order; later changes do not retrospectively change it.
